How we work

Five steps. No mystery.

Every engagement runs the same way, whether it's one form or an entire back office.

How we work

Five steps. No mystery.

Every engagement runs the same way, whether it's one form or an entire back office.

  1. Analyze

We sit with the people doing the work and document the process end to end: inputs, handoffs, bottlenecks, exceptions and real volumes.

  2. Design

We redesign the flow before writing a line of code — what disappears, what stays manual, what becomes automatic, and what the system has to remember.

  3. Build

We build the system — platform, forms, database, integrations — in short iterations you can see and correct as we go.

  4. Automate

We connect the repetitive steps: triggers, rules, notifications, scheduled tasks, and AI wherever it saves real time.

  5. Improve

We measure what actually changed, fix what still hurts, and keep improving the operation after launch.

Before the build starts.

  1. A contract to sign

We send a service contract with the scope, the price and the timeline. Nothing starts before it is signed by both sides.

  2. A specification to review

You receive the cahier des charges — every process, screen and automation written down — and you review it until it matches your operation.

  3. A payment link

Once the specification is approved, we send a payment link for the method you chose: Stripe, PayPal or Wise.

How we behave on a project.

  • We start from the work, not the software

The first thing we produce is a written description of how your operation runs today — including the parts nobody documented.

  • You see it while it is being built

Short iterations, reviewed as we go. You correct the direction early, not at delivery.

  • Nothing ships without training

Every deployment includes training and documentation, so the system survives after we hand it over.

  • The scope is written down before it is priced

The cahier des charges lists every process, screen and automation. The quote follows it — not the other way round.

Start here

Bring us one process.

Tell us about one process you'd like to digitalize — a form, a workflow, an approval chain, a recurring headache. We'll tell you what it would take to automate it, and what it would change.
