What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This policy explains how OLYVRA BUSINESS & CONSULTING LLC handles personal information collected through https://olyvra.com and in the course of delivering our services. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Who is responsible for your data
OLYVRA BUSINESS & CONSULTING LLC is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) formed in Wyoming, USA. We decide how and why the personal information described below is processed, which makes us the data controller for it.
OLYVRA BUSINESS & CONSULTING LLC, 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, USA. Email: olyvra.services@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us, plus the minimum technical data our hosting provider needs to serve the site. Specifically:
- Quote requests. The name, organization, email address, phone number and country or city you enter in the contact form, together with the package, options, support plan, timeline and payment method you select and the project description you write.
- Correspondence. Emails, phone calls, messages and meeting notes exchanged while we discuss or deliver a project.
- Contract and billing records. The details required to issue a contract and an invoice, and the payment confirmations returned by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Project data. Whatever content you share with us so a system can be built — documents, spreadsheets, exports or access to an existing tool. This stays yours; see section 07.
- Technical logs. The request data any web server records, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not build marketing profiles. The site sets no cookies for analytics or advertising.
Why we use it
- To answer your quote request and prepare a proposal — because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- To perform a contract: to write the specification, build and deliver the system, train your team and provide support.
- To invoice you and keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
- To keep the site and our systems secure, and to investigate misuse.
- To send you occasional service messages about a project you have with us. We do not add you to a newsletter without asking.
How the contact form works
The quote form composes a structured message and hands it to your own email client, addressed to our company inbox. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and you can edit or abandon the message first.
Requests we receive are read in our company mailbox and recorded in our own database so we can track them. Submissions can be written but never read back from the public site.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process data only on our instructions and only for the purpose listed:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, to serve this site and store our records.
- Email providers, to receive and answer your messages.
- Payment providers — Stripe, PayPal and Wise — to take payment. Each handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law obliges us to disclose something.
That is the whole list. We do not share personal information with anyone else, and we do not sell it under any circumstances.
Where your data is held
We are registered in the United States and work with clients in the USA, Morocco and elsewhere, so information may be processed in any of those countries. Wherever it is held, we apply the protections described in this policy and use providers that commit to appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records, contracts and invoices: for as long as the engagement lasts and afterwards for the period accounting and tax law requires.
- Project data you share with us: for the duration of the project and a short handover period, after which we delete or return it at your request.
- Technical logs: a short rolling window, typically no more than 12 months.
Content and data belonging to your operation remain yours. We claim no ownership over them and we do not reuse them for anything other than delivering your project.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the people working on your project. The site is served over HTTPS, our database rejects public reads of form submissions, and credentials are held in environment configuration rather than in code. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Your rights
Whatever country you are in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Restrict or object to a particular use, including any direct messaging.
- Withdraw a consent you gave us, without affecting what was done before.
Write to olyvra.services@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — for example a supervisory authority in the EU or the EEA under the GDPR, or the CNDP in Morocco under Law 09-08.
Children
Our services are offered to organizations and to adults, including students in higher education. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way we work changes. The revision date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and material changes are communicated to active clients directly. This version is dated 24 August 2026.
